In 1999, our original founder opened a small IT services & Internet cafe at 114 Balham High road. Providing internet access, printing services and repairs on PC desktops. As we the staff had a range of skills covering desktop support. Photoshop and internet knowledge we were visited by a variety of customers.

In 2003 , a new member of staff joined us and said we should also focus on laptop repairs (he had worked at one of London’s busiest laptop repair companies in central London) . Despite competition from many one man outfits and man with a van types – we enjoyed a growing reputation. With good prices, free advice and great customer service. We look after your laptop in secure storage. We fix anything from desktop to servers and laptops coming in from all over London, we soon ran out of space and needed larger premises. The only requirement was to still be based south of the river, near our clients in Balham, Clapham, Wandsworth and Battersea. We found a vacant shop in Balham’s Hildreth Street and to completed our move in June 2007. With a larger showroom+basement area , lovely neighbours in Hildreth Street we really liked our new location. On arrival our new neighbours would pass by with cups of coffee/tea and biscuits from one of the lovely cafes nearby. We thought there’s something about this place and we’re thankful its a great location. It is tough being a small business (we only have one branch). Thankfully, most of the small local businesses and locals continue to value our services in ensuring their laptops/desktops and networks are running smoothly.

In 2010, we received a tropical aquarium to ‘look after’ as the owner was emigrating. We’ve grown fond of our new friends and they are popular amongst locals – only trouble is some of the locals have renamed them.
