This is our simple booking in system for taking care of your laptop/desktop.
Step 1.
We discuss the issues your having and have look at your laptop. Next we cover your laptop screen, place it in a protective sleeve and take down some details. You’ll be given a jobsheet to sign with your details filled in and an estimate of when your laptop will be ready and expected repair cost. With some hardware issues (as opposed to software) we need further investigation which brings us to …

Step 2.
We inspect your laptop and run diagnostic checks to check the hard disk (where your data is kept !) for any issues. Should the issue be different or need your approval , you’ll get a courtesy call from us with an update. We’ll explain our findings and any changes to the estimated time or total cost. Once given the green light, our engineer(s) will carry out the work required.

Step 3.
We’ve completed the work and your laptop has been passed our tests.tested and checked by a second member of staff. , You’ll receive a txt/phone call saying work has been completed and your laptop is ready for you to collect. Work late ? We’re open on Saturdays and Sundays and On Thursdays we open till 7pm and are also open on the weekend. and can meet you outside our regular office hours if need be. Alternatively, we offer a free delivery to SW postcodes.
Enjoy !Your laptop is now back in your home/office, starts and shutdown quicker than before and your whole computing experience is alot better. Your system is optimised and you are able to view the web/images/videos with relative ease and wish you visited us before !

All laptops receive a free screen/keyboard clean. If we’re working inside, then we will also remove any visible dirt/debris carefully
*6 month guarantee applies to hardware repairs. Does not cover viruses /malware/spyware. If we believe the item has been damaged we will not cover it.
All repairs are carried out in our premises – you’ll be advised if we need to send a part to a lab.
