We’ll show you how easy it is to backup on a regular basis. Both the manual way and using a clever bit of software you can make regular backups automatically.

2.) Encryption
If you need to encrypt your data for client confidential reasons, will show you what methods are available.

3.) Recovery
Everyone hates that word because sometimes it does happen. Hard disk will fail at somepoint. People do drop coffee/Earl Gray/orange jiuce onto their laptop.

Some other places do incorrectly assume the worst due to inexperience and say they need to send it to the lab. This does happen when there is is a severe mechanical faliure. But we will honestly diagnose the issue and if we do need a lab – we’ve partned up with an awesome company outside London who offere a great service at reasonable rates.
