Callouts are between 8am and 6pm Mon – Fri, and 9am -6pm Sat & Sundays.
Engineers will be onsite
We offer two levels of callouts for homes in SW London.
Junior is for basic services like setting up ADSL/Broadband and configuring a printer. Junior callout is £59 per hour.
Senior is £79 and includes all business call outs.
A senior engineer is for jobs requiring more advanced knowledge like extending a wireless network through a larger home/office or configuring 12 laptops on a new office network.
After the inital hour, we charge in 30 minute blocks.
We will always discuss your options and if we feel your computer is better served inside our workshop we will tell you.
Payment is due once work is completed and we accept both cash and card. You will receive a PDF invoice via email. If you would like a printed invoice please ask your engineer.
